Forty years in the saddle
Mogoo didn't start in a boardroom. It started in 1979, when Abbas Bin Haider began trading in Dubai — and the bicycle became part of the family business.
In 1985 the group became the exclusive regional distributor of Atlas Bicycles, and the two-wheel trade became serious business. Through its Top Gear division, ABH went on to represent some of the world's most respected bicycle names across the Middle East — Ralson from 1986, DSI from 1987, Hercules from 2020.
Four decades of distribution taught us things no catalogue can: what survives the heat, what parents actually ask for in a kids' bike, and what a daily commuter needs from a city frame. Along the way, the group grew into nine divisions — but bicycles stayed at the heart of it.
In 2013, CEO Khozema Kalmuwala turned that accumulated knowledge into a brand of our own. Mogoo is designed in-house, spec'd for this region, and priced so a good bike is never out of a family's reach. The team still includes family — Hatim and Tasneem — because that's how this group has always worked.
Every Mogoo is built on three words we hold ourselves to: Quality, Reliability and Durability — backed by a lifetime frame warranty and local after-sales support, not promises from overseas.
Today, Mogoo ships from the region's biggest online stores — Amazon, Noon, Carrefour — and hangs in trusted local bike shops across the UAE and GCC. Over 300,000 families ride with us.
