What does the Mogoo warranty cover, and for how long?
Two periods:
- Frame — lifetime. Covered against manufacturing and material defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the bike.
- Fork and all other original components and accessories — nine months from the date of purchase.

What is not covered?
Normal wear and tear; consumables such as tyres, tubes and gear sets; damage from accidents, neglect, abuse or modification; labour charges for replacing a part; transport charges; and plastic, rubber and decorative accessories.

How do I make a warranty claim?
Bring the bicycle to an authorised Mogoo dealer or distributor in assembled condition, together with the original dated sales receipt. Warranty service is carried out by authorised dealers, distributors and service centres only.

Do I really need the receipt?
Yes — keep it somewhere safe. Proof of purchase is required for every claim. If no sales invoice is provided, the warranty is treated as running from the date of supply recorded at the point of sale, and Mogoo's decision on that is final.
I bought my bike online. Where does it go for a warranty repair?
For anything bought online, a manufacturing defect or repair must be sent to our authorised service centre in Dubai. Shipping or transport to and from the service centre is at the purchaser's cost.
Who pays for shipping and labour?
You do. The cost of getting the bike to and from an authorised dealer or service centre is the purchaser's responsibility, and labour charges for fitting a replacement part are not covered.
Can I repair it myself or use my own mechanic?
You can, but it affects your cover. If a defective product is repaired by anyone other than an authorised Mogoo dealer, distributor or franchise, or if a replacement part not supplied by Mogoo is fitted, Mogoo is not liable for any damage, failure or loss caused by that service or those parts.

Where can I buy a Mogoo?
Mogoo is stocked by the region's biggest marketplaces and by trusted local bike shops across the UAE and GCC — including Amazon, Noon and Carrefour online, and independent stores in person. The full, current list with direct links is in Where to Buy.
Can I buy directly from Mogoo?
No. This website is not a shop and we do not sell to the public directly. Every Mogoo is bought from a retailer or marketplace, which handles payment, delivery and returns under its own terms.
My order is late, damaged or wrong. Who do I contact?
The retailer you bought from. They hold your order and your proof of purchase, and delivery, returns and refunds are theirs to resolve under their terms and the consumer law that applies to them.
If the problem is with the bicycle itself rather than the transaction — a defect, a missing part, a warranty question — come to us and we will help.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Mogoo is distributed across the UAE and the wider GCC through retail and e-commerce partners. Whether a particular bike can reach you depends on the retailer you order from, so check their delivery terms. For distribution into a new market, see the trade questions below.
Which wheel size should I get for my child?
Children's bikes are sized by wheel diameter, and Mogoo kids' models run from 12″ up to 20″. The right size depends on the child's height and inside-leg measurement more than their age, and the safest check is simply sitting them on the bike.

What kinds of bikes does Mogoo make?
Six categories, 33 models in the current range:
- Mountain (3) — Vulcan, Boxter, Titan

- City & Folding (8) — including Florida, Floress, Zen, Brooklyn, Fusion and Icon
- Kids (14) — including Retro, Joy, Mountaineer, Mars, Classic, Athena and the magnesium models

- Trike (2) — Hauler and Hauler 6-Speed

What are the magnesium kids' bikes?
Five models in the Kids range — Spark, Horizon, Rover, Ranger and Play — use magnesium frames instead of steel. Magnesium is lighter, which matters a great deal to a small rider: these come in between roughly 7.0 and 9.0 kg depending on model and size. They carry a MAGNESIUM ribbon on their card in the range.
What are Mogoo frames made from?
It depends on the category. Mountain and road bikes generally use 6061 alloy; city, folding, trike and most kids' bikes use steel; and five kids' models use magnesium. The frame material for every model is listed on its card in The Range.
Do Mogoo bikes come assembled?
That depends on the retailer. Bikes bought in a shop are normally handed over ready to ride; bikes bought online usually arrive partly assembled and need finishing.
Two things worth knowing. First, if you are not confident the bike is correctly assembled, have a competent mechanic check it — brakes and stem bolts especially. Second, a warranty claim requires the bike to be presented assembled.
Are the electric bikes road-legal where I live?
That depends entirely on where you ride. Rules for electrically assisted bicycles — where they are allowed, at what assisted speed, and what helmet, licensing or registration requirements apply — differ between countries and between emirates, and they change.
We publish the motor and battery specification for each e-bike in The Range so you can check it against your local rules, but please confirm the current requirements with your local authority before buying. We cannot advise on this for your area.

Where Mogoo comes from.
Who makes Mogoo?
Mogoo is a bicycle brand owned by Abbas Bin Haider General Trading LLC in Dubai, and distributed across the Middle East by Top Gear, another company in the Abbas Bin Haider Group. The bikes are designed in-house and specified for this region.
When was Mogoo founded?
In 2013, when brothers Khozema and Zoher Kalmuwala launched and registered the brand — turning four decades of family bicycle-trade knowledge into a brand of their own.
What is the connection to Abbas Bin Haider?
The family has been in the bicycle business since 1979, when Abbas Bin Haider began trading bicycles in Dubai. By 1985 the group was the exclusive regional distributor for Atlas Bicycles, followed by Ralson from 1986, DSI from 1987 and Hercules from 2020.
Mogoo, launched in 2013, is where that accumulated knowledge went in-house. Note that the “40+ years” figure refers to the family's time in the bicycle trade — not to Mogoo, which is younger.
What does “Attempt - Conquer - Repeat” mean?
It is the Mogoo tagline, and it is about how riding actually goes: you try something, you get it, and then you go looking for the next thing. It is aimed squarely at the kid wobbling down a driveway for the tenth time — and at the adult doing the same on a longer climb.
