Our commitment
We want this site to work for everyone, including people using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard alone, needing larger text, or who would rather the page held still. Accessibility is part of whether a website works at all, not a feature bolted on afterwards.
The standard we aim at
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the benchmark referenced by the European standard EN 301 549 and by accessibility legislation in the EU, the UK and the United States.
Our honest status is partially conformant. Most of the site meets the standard; some parts do not yet, and they are listed below rather than glossed over.
What we have built in
- A “skip to content” link on every page, so keyboard users can jump the navigation.
- Visible focus outlines on every interactive element.
- One H1 per page and a properly nested heading structure beneath it.
- Text alternatives on meaningful images; decorative images marked so screen readers pass over them.
- The photo gallery and product cards are keyboard-operable, with Enter and Space opening them.
- Modal dialogs close on Escape and on an overlay click, and return focus to whatever opened them.
- The brand film is muted by default and never autoplays with sound; a visible control toggles audio.
- Legal and FAQ pages use native expand-and-collapse elements that work without JavaScript.
- Layouts reflow down to small screens and survive text being enlarged to 200%.
- Fonts, video and every other asset are served from our own server, so pages render predictably on restricted or slow connections.
- Warranty terms are published as readable HTML, not only as a PDF.
Known limitations
We know about these and are working on them:
- Reveal-on-scroll animations. Sections fade in as you scroll. Content stays readable and reachable, but the effect does not yet fully honour a reduced-motion preference across the whole page.
- The Titan 360° viewer is driven by scroll position and is desktop-only. It is decorative — the same bike and its full specification appear as ordinary text and images in The Range — but the viewer itself is not operable by keyboard.
- The hero background video plays automatically, muted and without controls. It carries no information, but it is motion that cannot currently be switched off from the page.
- The photo gallery uses short descriptive alt text on lifestyle images; some would benefit from richer description.
- The Arabic warranty PDF retains its original typesetting and is not fully tagged for screen readers. The same terms are available as readable HTML in English on the homepage, and we will read the Arabic terms to you over the phone on request.
- Retailer logos are supplied to us as images by the retailers; text inside a supplied logo cannot be resized independently of the image.
If something does not work for you
Tell us. We will fix what we can, and in the meantime we will get you the information another way — by phone, by email, or in whatever format suits you. That includes reading warranty terms aloud or talking you through sizing.

How this was assessed
This statement is based on a self-assessment by the team that builds the site, reviewing pages against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. It has not been verified by an independent accessibility auditor. If we commission a formal audit we will say so here and publish what it found.
Scope
This statement covers the website at mogoobikes.com. It does not cover the retailer and marketplace websites we link to, or abbasbinhaider.com, each of which publishes its own position.
Review
Prepared on 25 August 2026, and reviewed whenever the site changes materially.
