2. Who runs this site
This site is operated by Abbas Bin Haider General Trading LLC, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the owner of the Mogoo brand. Full company details are on our Legal Notice page.
3. What this site is for
This is a brand information website. It shows the Mogoo range, explains where to buy, sets out the warranty, and provides a way to reach us about after-sales or distribution.
It is not a shop. You cannot place an order or make a payment here, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell you a bicycle.
4. Buying a Mogoo
Mogoo bicycles are sold by independent retailers and marketplaces. Price, availability, delivery, assembly, returns, refunds and cancellation are matters between you and that retailer, under their terms and the consumer law that applies to them. We do not set their prices and we cannot process a return on their behalf.
If something goes wrong with an order, start with the retailer. If your issue is with the bicycle itself rather than the transaction, contact us and we will help — see clause 5.
5. Warranty
Mogoo bicycles carry a limited warranty: lifetime cover on the frame, and nine months on the fork and all other original components and accessories, in each case against manufacturing and material defects and subject to the full terms.
The complete, binding terms and conditions — what is covered, what is not, and how to claim — are published in full on our homepage under Warranty & After-Sales and are downloadable as a PDF in English and Arabic. Those documents govern. The summary in this clause is for convenience only and does not vary them.
Your statutory consumer rights under the law that applies to you are not affected by the warranty or by these terms.
6. Specifications and images
We take care to describe the range accurately, but specifications, components, colours and availability change over the life of a model, and suppliers occasionally substitute equivalent parts. Product photography is illustrative; colours vary between screens, and accessories shown are not necessarily included.
Before buying on the strength of a particular specification, confirm it with the retailer or with us. The details on the retailer’s listing for the specific bicycle you are buying take precedence over the general description here.
7. Riding safely
Cycling carries risk. Nothing on this site is safety, medical or technical advice. Follow the assembly and maintenance instructions supplied with your bicycle, have it checked by a competent mechanic if you are unsure it is correctly assembled, wear appropriate protective equipment, supervise children, and obey the traffic laws where you ride.
Where a bicycle is electrically assisted, rules on where it may be ridden, at what speed, and what protective equipment or registration is required differ between countries and emirates and change over time. It is your responsibility to check and follow the rules in force where you ride.
8. Permitted and prohibited use
You may browse, view and print pages from this site for your own personal or legitimate business use.
You may not:
- Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
- Copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.
- Systematically scrape or harvest content in a way that puts an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system.
- Introduce viruses, malware or anything else technologically harmful.
- Present yourself as an authorised Mogoo dealer, distributor or service centre when you are not.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, graphics, photography, video, model names and code — is owned by Abbas Bin Haider General Trading LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law in the UAE and internationally.
Mogoo®, the Mogoo shield and wordmark, and the model names in the range are trade marks of Abbas Bin Haider General Trading LLC. Nothing on this site gives you any licence to use them. Component brand names that appear in our specifications — Shimano, Kenda, CST and others — belong to their respective owners and are stated only to describe the parts fitted.
10. Links to other sites
We link to retailers, marketplaces, map listings, WhatsApp and abbasbinhaider.com. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, products, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict any part of it without notice.
12. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations not expressly set out in these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under UAE law. Your rights under the Mogoo limited warranty and under consumer law are unaffected.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these terms.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the “last updated” date shows when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction — except that where you are a consumer whose local law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own courts, that right is unaffected.
